The insurance company left a tarp over a collapsed ceiling and walked away. We stepped in and handled everything — full impact board floor protection, complete demolition and disposal, new high-density insulation, new plasterboard, cornice and a high-end multi-coat paint system. Handed back spotless. From insurance mess to move-in ready.

Original lath-and-plaster ceiling — cracked, crumbling and beyond repair. We removed the entire failed ceiling, installed a laser-levelled Rondo steel grid, laid full insulation batts, then sheeted with new plasterboard. Finished with Victorian cove cornice, a decorative ceiling rose, recessed LED downlights and a full high-end paint system. Heritage character restored, brand new performance.
